So, here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and keep making progress:

1️⃣ Set habits instead of goals: I've recently decided to learn Portuguese, and I began by creating a habit of doing 3 Duolingo lessons every day (yes, you have the time, you can do them on the 🚽). That's it. And if you don't have time for more, that's enough.

2️⃣ Integrate it into what you're already doing: You're already watching Netflix or YouTube. So, next time you want to watch a movie or a YouTube video, watch a Polish one. When learning feels like play, it’s easier to stay consistent.

3️⃣ Find a language buddy: To speak a language, you need to... you know, actually speak. Practice with a friend, join a language exchange, or work with a tutor. Or talk to yourself in the mirror. Or talk to ChatGPT.

4️⃣ Celebrate your progress: Look back at how far you’ve come. Could you barely say “hello” a month ago? Now you’re having conversations! Celebrate those wins.
